look in the mysql db, and look for the tabloe called version, the
incorrect number of rows comes from duplicate rows, and the incorrect
version number is the number assigned in the table_version column,
I think when ser is updated the table_version is also, just in case new
fields are added/modified.
But it seems that when mysql.sh creates duplicates are getting created, I
installed 0.10 and had the same problem, I just went through one by one
removing the errors, I think I have a list of them somewhere, not sure
if they will be the same for 0.9
