Hello,
From the log it seems that your OpenXCAP server has not written the
documents in openser database. The best supposition is that you have not
configured right the OpenXCAP server.
You can check this by monitoring the 'xcap_xml' ('xcap' in 1.3) table.
As a comment, it is better to use 1.3 presence as it has the capability
to refresh subscription status in real time.
