Yep ur right! I had to have a leading "00" on the canonicalURI for to rate
the call! Thanks alot for the info!

Hi Andy,
I suspect that your problem is related to
var $intAccessCode = '00'; inside cdrlib.phtml.
Based on that all the numbers which should not be altered and be
considered billable should contain "00" as international prefix.
Have a look on that, perhaps it helps.
