Hello My Kamailio isn't working with users behind NAT. If just one of the clients is behind NAT, the calls work fine. When both clients are behind NAT, there is no audio. Kamailio is a **SIP** proxy, it doesn't handle media. You can use RtpProxy with nathelper module or MediaProxy with mediaproxy module to deal with media.
