Is there a way to log into the DB the incoming calls that were answered by a user ? There is the missed calls table, but there are no received calls one.

See acc (accounting module) and the documentation for the module. The documentation can be found in doc subdirectory of the module in docbook format or there is a plaintext README in the module's directory.

There is the acc module which reports on completed transactions to mysql|radius|syslog. See user doc:http://www.iptel.org/ser/doc/prerelease/x830.html#AEN892
