I see documentation available for OpenSER 1.1 at www.openser.org, but I can't seem to find anywhere where it's available for download. It is available yet?

The current unstable (CVS head) will become Openser 1.1. Thus, at the moment the documentation for 1.1 is the documentation for CVS head.

first, you ask a question about openser, makes no sense to sent your email to others project's mailing list..
openser 1.1 is the current cvs head - the development version. You can get it directly from cvs or by snapshots:
