Hi, i don't know what pcscf is but it's seems to be a privilege issue.

Have you tried this?

* GRANT ALL privileges ON *.* TO '*pcscf'@'pcscf.net1.test' *IDENTIFIED BY 'passconfigured';*

**.* should be the database you are trying to connect to. *

To fix the above error, we tried below commands

*mysql -u root -p GRANT ALL ON *.* TO root IDENTIFIED BY 'root'; quit*

• replace bind-address in /etc/mysql/my.cnf to 0.0.0.0

But still we are getting the same issue.

Could any one please help us to resolve this issue. Could any one please guide us the troubleshooting steps.
