Hello,
I use Kamailio and Asterisk.
SIP Compact header is activated by ASTERISK (
https://www.cs.columbia.edu/sip/compact.html).
I am trying to disable the SIP Compact header on KAMAILIO.
Is it possible?

what do you mean by disable compact header in Kamailio? Reject traffic
that comes with compact header names?

For some calls, we need to restore SIP full header messages.
Can this task be done with Kamailio?

Hello,
I don't recall having any out-of-the-box function for it, but you should
be able to leverage the text operation functions, like:
replace_hdrs("^f:", "From:");
If you need to see the update in the config, you have to see the
msg_apply_changes() function.
Otherwise, it should not be hard to add such a function, I will try to
implement it when I get some spare time.

I think he means re-emit SIP forwarded messages with full header names.
