can SER with RTP-proxy or Media-Proxy relay T38. If supported, do we need to do some extra configuration or it will work in standard configuation.

From rom what I understand T38 is just in the SDP and RTPproxy / mediaproxy only plays with IP addresses in there. The payload is left untouched, so I'd say there's no problem to run it with a T38 device. But I didn't test it, so it's just my 2 cents :-)
I'hve been using T38 with SER and the T38 mode was used after a re-invite, so make sure you invoke RTPproxy / mediaproxy for those too.

The original T.38 spec didn't use RTP for the media. There is a newer spec that supports this, but most devices still don't do it.
