The module performs HTTP Digest authentication (RFC2617) as SIP
specification (RFC3261) states. There is no need of IP. You can write
your own module to perform enhanced security checks.

it would be easy to add into auth_radius module sending of the src_ip
address of the sip ua as an extra check item.
