Dear Developer,
would you please share which pcre.h file ? due to my compiling source
kamailio 5.5.4 found error as captured below.
In file included from dialplan.c:59:
dialplan.h:33:10: fatal error: pcre.h: No such file or directory
33 | #include <pcre.h>

compilation terminated.

Seem like dependencies issue can you please try
For Debian/ubuntu
sudo apt-get install libpcre3-dev
For CentOS you will need to use
sudo yum install pcre-devel
and recompile it.
