openser logs via syslog, so you need to configure syslog to log openser
messages to a specific log file by using log facilities. See

BTW, what do these error messages mean?
these errors are from registrar module and reports and invalid CSEQ
value in the REGISTER requests. Please refer to the RFC 3261; shortly,
REGISTERs from the same client having the same callid must have
increasing cseq numbers.
