[Serusers] SER - Config - routing loop - sr-users

Hi everybody, i'm still new to SER and i dont fully understand my config file :)

I can make outgoing calls, but incoming calls dont get routed through. They stay in a loop
at my external interface.
perhaps someone could tell where the mistake is.
