Hi, I have installed Siremis and modified it for public user registration. I have added a new user. When I try to log in it opens up a new (debug) window and prints "1". It doesn't allow me to log in. But I can log in as admin;admin.
And siremis/user/register doesn't load properly. It redirects to the login page again.
Kindly let me know how do I solve this.
regards Ganesh Kumar
Hello,
look at the log file inside siremis/logs/ folder as well as in the syslog files for your web server -- there you should get more details about what went wrong.
Cheers, Daniel

Hi, The problem here is :
1) After changing the values /siremis/modules/ser/config/common.Main.php for $cfg_siremis_public_registrations = true; and when I try to register, it says "public registration not allowed" .
When I try to add user using admin login and try to login with the new username and pass, it says, invalid password. ERR.log has a entry, which I believe corresponds to this action.
'10/03/2015','10:21:27','ERR','MATCH','366: preg_match: $ret = test123, 4, 20;; $matches = array ( 0 => 'test123, 4, 20', 1 => ', 20', ) ','n/a'
2) Mostly it doesn't take me to the register page, siremis/user/register re-directs to siremis/user/login
The ERR.log says among other things,
'10/05/2015','05:31:13','ERR','ErrorHandler','Invalid argument supplied for foreach()',''
'10/05/2015','05:31:13','ERR','ErrorHandler','Smarty error: unable to read resource: "/var/www/html/siremis/siremis-4.2.0/siremis/themes/default/template/"',''

Hi, The /var/log/apache2/error.log says
" [Tue Oct 06 15:23:54.011764 2015] [:error] [pid 3120] [client 185.25.151.159:60391] script '/var/www/testproxy.php' not found or unable to stat "
Siremis was previously installed in /var/www/html/siremis/ and now changed to /var/www/siremis/
Still the same problem. Any idea? Thanks.

Any idea where it tries to fetch testproxy from?
regards Ganesh Kumar
testproxy.php is not from siremis, could be just some bot -- there is a different ip of the client fetching it compared with the one for siremis.

Hi, Other than this, I don't find any peculiar error message from Apache2 logs. Also the siremis/user/details/<number> doesn't load at all. Is this a problem with the installation?
I would like to have a simple prepaid solution for my clients. ACC works fine. Can anyone suggest a simpler solution to this(webxser is not currently developed, I believe.)?

Hello,
probably I will need to install siremis myself with user registration enabled and see if works fine with latest php, etc., but I am traveling at couple of real tme communication conferences, not having access to a testbed for it.
What is your operating system, webserver and php version?
Cheers, Daniel
