I have alittle problem, I am looking at doing call transfers from inbound PSTN to IP phones, who can then transfer across their department, BUT my pstn gateway is currently not supporting REFER. This is what seems to be causing the problem (tks Steve), now if this is the case, can I

a) get transfer to work without this b) use asteriisk somehow to take the call inbound into asterisk , and then do transfer
