Hi
Does anyone know if RFC 3262 and its PRACK response are supported by Kamailio? How can I
implement it?

Yes. But it is up to the endpoint to send the PRACK in response to a
non-100 provisional message sent reliably, not the proxy, so Kamailio
doesn't really need to 'support' anything related to the PRACK method
other than relaying it, which it will.
