Hi Maryam, you activated debug for the module. Quickly looked into the code, is there some moqh debug output in your logs that might get some more hints? If not, maybe there is a problem with the syslog cfg on the machine? Maryam, If you aren't hearing any sounds then there is an issue with RTP. Did you turn on the mohqueue debug <https://www.kamailio.org/docs/modules/stable/modules/mohqueue.html#rpc.debug> parameter?
