#define DLG_STATE_CONFIRMED_NA 3
#define DLG_STATE_CONFIRMED    4
#define DLG_STATE_DELETED      5

Unconfirmed means that only INVITE was sent.
Early - after any 1XX response
Confirmed_na - after 2XX
Confirmed - after ACK response
after errors (or BYE) state switches to deleted.

At least that's what I understood from source and observing database...
