Hello everyone,
From today i started getting SIP 480 error when making outbound call.
I checked out with a different voip provider and got SIP 500 error. Internet calling is working fine.
The service (outbound calls) was working fine till yesterday.
I'm a newbie to kamailio and voip, so need your help. Please guide me to resolve this error.
Thanks in advance.
What happens if you call a different number?

Sounds like something is wrong with your invite request that these providers aren't liking. You should ask them what it is. Or you can post the invite and see if someone here can figure it out.

Which reinforces the idea that there is something about the request that the providers don't like, but which is not a grammatical error.
Everyone has their favourite way of making packet captures of signaling flows. Mine is to use tcpdump:
tcpdump -i any -A -s 0 -n 'udp port 5060'
(on the Kamailio server)

Hello,
It's just a guess, but I think most SIP providers aren't going to like the all-zeroes Caller ID/ANI that you're sending here:
Contact: sip:0000000000@1.22.216.96:35465;transport=UDP
This is especially true since their routing is influenced by CLID, due to the possibility of intra/inter-jurisdictional rate differences.
Providers don't have any issues with caller id's. We can even call from a single digit. And even if a sip account is not associated with a caller id (a number) rather its just a name (as skype id like xxx.yyy) when initiated a pstn call, the providers use local numbers (if ur gateway is in germany then the proivder will use a germany number) to call and the receiver will that local number.
