Hi Hoa,
Thanks for the answer, but that's what I do(10 seconds for nat ping
interval) :(
What's strange is the fact that these users wich can't be joined (10% of our
users), can call any destination without problem, no problem of media.
It means that the nat detections works correctly.
One of them can be joined until he receives one unanswered call, after that,
he have to reset his ata :(

Hello Olivier
See
http://www.iptel.org/ser/doc/modules/html/nathelper.html#AEN59
Try using Nat Ping in nethelper module. By default, it is disabled. If we
don't ping NATed UAs from SER, NAT device (ADSL modem, Cable modem, other
CPE) will block all SIP messages when the NAT entry for port 5060 expired.
Most of the UAs use registration period (refresh frequency) too long, eg. 1
hour. That also the cause for not to refresh the NAT entry.
Hope it help

Subject: [Serusers] rtpproxy
Hi all,
I have a ser(0.9.4/Freebsd) server well working, but in some cases, I
have a strang behavior. I use rtpproxy for nat traversal, all my users
can call pstn, but when we try to call one of our users from internal
or from pstn, Ser sends many invites and callee never answer to these
invite. I must conclude that they don't receive it... All the users
having that problems are under a nated network.
Any idea ?
Olivier
