I need to run serctl as a non-root user. When I try to add a new account, an error msg
came out
like:
error: SER/FIFO not accessible: 2
How can I rectify this?

Set the proper permission to access the fifo.
e.g. in ser.cfg:
fifo_group=ser
Then, add the linux user to the group "ser".
