Can some help me on this critical issue. I'm using ser.0.9.6 version of SER on Solaris10 (sparc). how can we enable error & info logs through syslogd utility of UNIX?
My another query "Is SER config Build system available for ser version 0.9.6"

It's on by default. See /var/log/messages. Use log and xlog modules to add log items. The config build system is >=2.x only. See the SER - Getting Started document and corresponding config files on iptel.org. g-)
