Just have a look at asterisk B2bua, it's really wonderfull. It's at this time working for asterisk 1.2rc2, but will be ported soon to 1.2 release. Even on rc2 it works perfectly. U will need radius and the corresponding tables (radacct). We use it with Jradius and our own billing method, but if u know java u can customize it easily.
