Hi, I have 3 trunk gateways, two are cisco 5300 with 4E1, the other is 16E1 audio codes. Could I use dispatch module to load balance those gateways based weight I set. I successfully setup dispatcher module to load 50%, 50% for two gateway.

there is a patch on the tracker, but it had some issues and couldn't be integrated.
If you use round robin, you could add the one with more capacity several times, so it gets selected more often.

Hi,
you could also use the carrierroute module to configure a arbitrary loadbalancing probability for each GW. For a simple scenario like this it don't need a database.
