He probably send a second INVITE because it does not receive any Trying or OK response. And they PSTN sends the Bye.

You can see the second INVITE. The proxy received it one second before the BYE. I think it is impossible. I already tried to simulate this case again, but these errors never happens with us (Murphy really exists). So, I ask you any comment about this weird situation.
