could you give me a bit of further information about the module pa and nathelper? What can they do and what can't they do? and how do they work? And the corresponding rfcs or drafts?

Please read the README files from the module directorys and the nathelper.cfg to get a clue what the modules can do. What they can't do... they do not cook coffee, dont make toast ;-) I don't no what you expect here. How they work: look into the code. Take a look at http://www.iptel.org/info/players/ietf/presence/ for RFCs and drafts on SIMPLE and presence.
Generaly you should be more presice with your questions.
