Hi all, Please help. My version is ser_rel_0.8.12. I am tracking the PSTN calls into the acc database. I am encountering one problem. If the calle first hang-up I am unable to have the BYE message in my database, but if the caller hang-up first is okie. Please advice what can be the problem is it the acc module problem Regards, shirley
