Usually TCP ZeroWindow means, that the TCP receive buffer is full, which
usually means that Kamailio stopped reading from the TCP socket.
I never had this problem yet. You could start grepping the code for this
error message to find out what happened.

I also see single "core:handle_io: empty fd map" in the logs and after
that Kamailio sends a TCP RST packet.
I have no clue how to debug this.
