Hi,
I tried to install serweb 0.9.6 (as followed by the
docs INSTALL and I've extract serweb directorys under
/srv/www/htdocs default dir for apache 2) and ser
0.9.6 on SUSE 10.2 - Linux 2.6.18.2-34-default i686,
mysql 5.0.26-12, php5 5.2.0-10, but now I can see the
login page, but the problem is that when i try to put
username and password in the localhost admin
interface and then click "login" button, firefox 2.0
give me a another windows where I have to choose
how to open index.php. I think that something is
wrong. Can anybody help me?

serweb INSTALL file:

PHP 5 note

PHP 5 users have to install Runkit or Classkit extension from PECL
repository.
See http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.classkit.php
or http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.runkit.php
for installation instructions.
Unfortunately both classkit and runkit extensions are in beta state and
it seems there is no heavy development effort on them. Useing classkit
is safe with PHP 5.0 but cause core dump in PHP >= 5.1. Use of runkit
seems to be working in PHP 5.0, 5.1 and 5.2. But it is more experimental.

Hi KAREL
I Know the problem about PHP 5.
Classkit: I tried to install classkit (see my pear
list), but serweb didn't work.
Runkit : I am not be able to install runkit, because
when i type "pear install <runkit...tgz>" I have some
problem with "make process" ( it stops for error).I
think that configure process is ok.

oh, yes, I remember I had some problems with make runkit too. But I do
not remember the solution. Try google - it helped me... Or get the
latest version of runkit from their cvs, I think there is the error fixed.
