The Request-URI of the REGISTER message (sip:140.192.37.59 in this case) is considered as foreign by the server and simply forwarded, but because it is not foreign it hits the same server again. If you are using the default script then it means that the condition if (uri==myself) doesn't match that IP address. Jan.
