No, it's only to upload a wav file as personal greeting message for the voicemail system. And as the name says ("voicemail"), the recorded messages will be sent to you by email. The messages aren't stored at the voicemail server.

No I'm not talking about the voicemail tab in the serweb interface but more of the buitton at the bottom of account page whre you have <Dial Voicemail>

That was meant for testing but we did not pursue it, so that's why it is (I guess) turned off by default. if it is not, it should be. -jiri
