I have newly installed Siremis sip router. But I have no idea How I could start or How do I start calls?
If you can provide me any Manual so it would be great.

have you installed kamailio as well? It is the one in charge with routing calls. A tutorial is available at: - http://www.kamailio.org/wiki/install/3.3.x/git

A bit out of date (numeric routes in stead of descriptive names) but describes how to build a basic configuration step by step.
