I need tell to OPENSER that use the source IP address
of the NAT/Firewall as the return address instead of
the contact information in the SIP message.
Someone knos How?

for replies, this is done automatically. For requests, have a look at
nathelper or media proxy modules. It may help you to see the sample
config files from section "OpenSER and NAT" of:
