hello,
I have a customer with a cisco call manager and his SIP trunk send INVITE
without SDP. (SDP in the ACK)
I need to know if this is supported by nathelper/rtpproxy ?

Yes,it is. Just use the proper flag 's' for force_rtpproxy:
