this is Windows Messenger...
If you want to receive messages you have to use some registry settings
for Windows Messenger. It was some time ago on this list published by
Alejandro Falcon:
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Messenger\Client\{83D4679F-B6D7-
11D2-BF36-00C04FB90A03}\_Default]
"EnableSIPHighSecurityMode"=dword:00000000
