How can i check whether a user is online or not?
i mean not using location table but thru some function or ping or etc.......means his phone is connected to our server?

Connected? I guess you mean registered. To check if a user is registered (connected?) use the location table. If you want to know if the client is running, you can send an OPTIONS request to the registered contact address. But I don't know how to do it from ser.
