According to the mail headers, you can also try sending an email to:
sr-users-request@lists.sip-router.org
with the subject: "unsubscribe"

Also, check the spam folder, it happens many times that gmail marks mailman messages as spam. If you still don't succeed, let me know I will remove manually when I get a chance.
