Hi
I would like to make OpenSER SIP REGISTRAR to advertise my SIP server
that a user just registered successfully to the domain. My server has
to make a call to this user as soon as he's registered.
First of all is this called "third party registration" ?
In practice how does it work ? OpenSER sends a REGISTER to my server
and my server replies with 200 OK ? Which script command should I use
?

No idea of how to handle that, but I think there is a bit problem:
How do you want to distinguish initial REGISTER from refresh-REGISTER?

It depends on what kind of information should be stored in the other
server. If you "your server" needs to see the same contact information
as openser received you could use t_replicate to replicate the REGISTER
to "your server". In this case "your server" must not challenge the
REGISTER.
If you want to REGISTER a contact at "your server" pointing to openser
then openser could trigger an external program (e.g. sipsak) which sends
the REGISTER to "your server".
Maybe UAC module could be used too.
