I now configured Apache with correct xcap root and changed the ser config according to the web server document alias. I've also created sub directories. Two things that are not really described in the handbook: 1- What permissions should I give to the xcap subdirectories ? (on filesystem) 2- I created till the users folder but I haven't created individual folders for each user under it. Should I ?
Do I have to run the python script to create xml files that are described in the handbook ?
I still get the following errors:

Resource lists server is ser's RLS module and it is described in the handbook. And there is described simple apache configuration to act as XCAP server. Vaclav

Hi, to the XCAP directories you should set permissions to be readable/writeable for web server. For example I have created them as user www-data.
With the sample upload script are directories for users created implicitly when uploading documents there. You don't need to create them explicitly.
If you want to subscribe to a resource list, you need to create correspondent document (rls-services or resource list for user).
