New subject: [Serusers] balance > 0 to INT calls

Dear users
 is there any posibility , of generate some some validation like
 is_user_in(credentials, int)     ----> this consult the table
SER-->"group"
if a user have credentials like INT, to enable  INTERNATIONAL calls
have_user_balance (balance, 0)----> this can consult a table ser-->balance
to ask if a user have a balance > 0 to get access to INT calls ??? if the
balance < 0 can be break.

 any help can be greattly thanks
