the plan is to release final Kamailio v4.0.0 tomorrow, Monday, March 11, 2013.
If any developer/packager has something to add to the release, please commit by 12:00GMT to GIT branch 4.0. After that, announce first on sr-dev and wait for an ack, to avoid packaging inconsistent content.

building release procedure is on the way. Once the announcement is made, no sync is needed anymore for commits.
