To be honist, I have'nt looked at your problem that much. but, if your setup is ser -> asterisk and you want to do all nat triversal at ser, it's possible. just make a simple ser.config with only something like :
if(src_ip=="asterisk_ip"){
rewritehost("asterisk"); }else{ t_relay(); };
