hi all, I tried going through the avp documents but I have a few doubts related to avp_db_load and avp_check functions. I wanted to implement the access control list. the access control values may be jus like: 1 => local calls 2 => long distance calls 3 => international calls.
I am using the default table usr_preferences. when I do the avp_check as: if(!avp_check("$acl", "and/0x01")) I get an error that it cannot be parsed and fix the avp_check. And can someone pls explain how the bitwise check "and", "or" etc works..
thanks, jayesh

the value to check against is string in your case. You have to specify that it is int by using "i:" in from of 0x01. So, use:
if(!avp_check("$acl", "and/i:0x01"))
