I use Openser. I have got a question.
Has it Instant Messaging? It works like IM? Is there any module for
P&IM?

Hi!
For IM you do not need a module as IM is a end2end client feature. For
presence there is the rather old and unstable "pa" module, and the brand
new (under development) "presence" module (along with the pua_... modules)

Just to add in the same category of IM&P the "instant messaging
conferencing" module: imc -- it is also a new module in development
