Does osp toolkit support billing? and does it have a web interface?
The OSP Toolkit is not a billing application and does not have a web
interface.
The OSP Toolkit is a library which implements the OSP protocol and may used
by a VoIP application to query an external route server and report call
detail records.

yes CDRtool is for siptrave and CDR generation not for free
it works with Radius, alone with SER not possible
