thanks for troubleshooting and fix. I would rather change the define, like:
#define IMC_MEMBER_SKIP (1<<4)
It should be safer for similar cases in future usages.
I'll look into the code soon.

where
~IMC_MEMBER_SKIP is defined as '#define IMC_MEMBER_SKIP 1<<4'.
Here ~ takes precedence over the << operator. With this fix the owner of the chat-room is able to invite new users during a chat and destroy the room.
