Hi Joli, if you need to use an external media-relay, you need to change the IP in the SDP for INVITE (main route) and 200 OK (onreply route):

You can try to use the fix_nated_sdp("2", "EXT_IP_ADDR").

make sure that "EXT_IP_ADDR" must be reachable by caller and callee.
