sure. Just look at the e-mail adresses from the users of this mailling list and the devel list, and ask google about the names of the developer.. This should give you some hints about the companies that deploy openser for their systems.

iptel.org is and will be using genuine SER. Many hints for some of the SER uses can be found in presentation of the recent meeting colocated with the IETF in Prague:
