I copied all details during I set-up the database (with openser_mysql.sh).
Unfortunately I had lost this copy and have no ideas anymore what
passwords I have set-up.
Which database and records do I need to delete from mysql to restart?

you can drip
the 'openser' database, plus 'openser' and 'openserro'
mysql users. It is what the openser_mysql.sh creates.
If you have access to MySQL server via root user, then just change the
passwords for 'openser' and 'openserro' users.
