Hello! It is likely that the kernel module is not loaded.

Hi Denys Pozniak,
I have installed it using this command below and it was successful.
dpkg -i ngcp-rtpengine-kernel-dkms_11.1.0.0+0~mr11.1.0.0_all.deb
Is their another way to load it because if i use lsmod and grep the module its showing that its not loaded.

Which version and how was it installed? In recent version the helper script rtpengine-get-table is part of the rtpengine-utils package, which is a dependency of the rtpengine-daemon package, so it should be present.
Cheers
Hi Richard
I installed from the package from git (git clone https://github.com/sipwise/rtpengine.git) and built the .deb packages and use the following command to install the packages. dpkg -i ngcp-rtpengine-daemon_*.deb ngcp-rtpengine-iptables_*.deb ngcp-rtpengine-kernel-dkms_*.deb.
The version for RTPENGINE is mr11.1.0.0.
Which method of installation does include this rtpengine-utils package?

Building the .deb packages like this would also produce the -utils package. Maybe you just need to install it? Even though I'm surprised you could install the -daemon package without being given a dependency error.
Cheers
Hi RichardThank you very much. I didn't get the utils-package and on installation of the package I didn't also get an error. The installation was successful. Maybe I will have to start again and if see if I get the utils-package.
